On August 21st, 2017 in a moment that would go viral , Damien Parker confronted the Mayor and Chief of Police of Euclid,OH (A suburb of Cleveland) over the beating of Richard Hubbard and the murder of Luke Stewart - both of which were at the hands of the Euclid Police Dept. He eventually became a victim,himself.
